When the time has come for me to say goodbye,

I know it’ll hurt and I know you’ll cry.

But I wish you won’t cry like you did today,

thinking ‘bout the many things we didn’t say.

Just remember how we used to be,

remember me

 

I know that you love me, just like I loved you

and when you think of me I know you’ll miss me too.

But an angel came and took me by the hand,

said I had to leave you for another land.

In that peacefull place I’ll be forever free.

Remember me

  

When you think of me and tears fall down your face,

just try to see me in that peacefull place.

And just know the love we felt will never die,

it stays in your heart allthough we said goodbye

call my name, I’ll be with you endlessly.
